摘要: Background Surrogate decision making is common in public healthcare worldwide. In Israel any incompetent adult patient requires a Legal Guardian (LG), appointed by the court, for approval of invasive none-life saving procedures. Usually, LG close family member patient. Nurses are most available providers to families and during process appointment afterwards. The patient's often anxious or even depressed, thus perceptions behavior nurses charged with providing support crucial. In previous study based on interviews LGs we found that difficult issues were related issues, bureaucracy issues.
