摘要: The term ‘risk governance’ refers to an integrated concept on how deal with health-related or environmental problems and so-called complex, ambiguous, uncertain impacts in particular. These ideas have been informed by interdisciplinary research drawing from sociological psychological ecological behavior; science technology studies; policy scientists legal scholars regulatory styles, institutional regimes, structural impediments more inclusiveness. notion of governance pertains the many ways which all relevant actors – individuals institutions, public private interventions that impact environment its service human societies. It includes formal institutions regimes informal arrangements. This article introduces risk framework developed International Risk Governance Council Geneva. illustrates major functions a multilevel political social environment, particularly for global risks such as climate change, water scarcity, technological innovations. summarizes attempts secure support collective action, feeding plural preferences, designing cooperative measures. concludes general recommendations improving coping mechanisms complex risks.
