Measurement of half-lives for 87m,g Y and 196m,g,194 Au produced from the photon and neutron induced reactions of 89 Y and 197 Au

摘要: We have measured the half-lives of 87mY and 87gY produced from 89Y(γ, 2n) 89Y(n, 3n) reactions with bremsstrahlung end-point energy 65 MeV average neutron 37.2 MeV using an activation off-line γ-ray spectrometric technique, respectively. The photon was by 100 MeV electron linac Pohang Accelerator Laboratory (PAL), whereas fast 9Be(p, n) reaction 45 MeV proton MC-50 Cyclotron at Korea Institute Radiological Medical Sciences (KIRAMS). also 194Au 196m2,gAu 197Au(γ, xn; x = 1, 3) 197Au(n, x = 2, 4) 60 MeV same technique facilities as mentioned above. induced activities irradiated samples were energy- efficiency calibrated high purity germanium (HPGe) detector. spectrum analysis has been done ROOT software to separate signals background. are compared literature values in general agreement each other within uncertainties.
