摘要: Antibodies of IgG4 subclass are exceptional players the immune system, as they considered to be immunologically inert and functionally monovalent, such may part classical tolerance mechanisms. antibodies found in a range different diseases, including IgG4-related allergy, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, helminth infection autoimmune where pathogenic or protective. diseases an emerging new group that characterized by pathogenic, antigen-specific autoantibodies subclass, MuSK myasthenia gravis, pemphigus vulgaris thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. The list autoantigens is rapidly growing date contains 29 candidate antigens. Interestingly, restricted four distinct organs: 1) central peripheral nervous 2) kidney, 3) skin mucous membranes 4) vascular system soluble antigens blood circulation. pathogenicity can validated using our classification usually excerted functional blocking protein-protein interaction.
