摘要: Abstract A retrospective survey of 103 patients taking high-dose acetylsalicylic acid for at least the last 6 months pregnancy has been carried out and comparisons made with control populations. Aspirin administration was associated a highly significant increase in average length gestation, frequency postmaturity, mean duration spontaneous labour.
