摘要: A 42-day trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of a low-salinity biofloc system with different stocking densities on water quality and zootechnical performance Nile tilapia fingerlings (10 g/L). Four treatments were tested at densities: 500 fish/m³, 750 1,000 fish/m³ 1,250 all in triplicate. Fingerlings Oreochromis niloticus (initial mean weight 1.17 ± 0.05 g) stocked twelve experimental black-plastic tanks (40 L) no exchange during period. Molasses added daily 30% amount feed, fish given four rations formulated feed composed 36% crude protein 9% lipids. Water variables (dissolved oxygen, pH, salinity, TAN, NO 2 , 3 PO 4 ) did not demonstrate significant differences between treatments. However, influences (α ≤ 0.05) observed for total suspended solids, settleable final weight, yield, efficiency ratio. The results showed survival over 96%, values 12 18 g, yield 9.49 15.27 kg/m consumption 52 101 L/kg fish, time settling chambers 238 305 h/kg fish. These indicate negative effect density survival, alkalinity, consumption, positive fingerling culture (1-20 up 1000 fish/m³.
