摘要: Abstract Electron microscopic observations demonstrated that the male of kondo aphid, A. kondoi harbors intracellular symbionts different in shape from those viviparous female. Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis indicated endosymbiont is less active synthesizing symbionin, an aphid endosymbiont-specific protein than Symbionin was also found winter egg though it much amount proteins related to yolk formation. In fundatrix which hatches out fertilized egg, symbionin most abundant protein.
