摘要: A thin film transistor display that comprises a black matrix polymer layer, comprising having an optical density of at least about 0.8 per μm and being self-absorbent visible light selected from the group consisting substituted unsubstituted polyanilines, polyparaphenylenevinylenes, polythiophenes, polyazines, polyparaphenylenes, polyfuranes, polypyrroles, polyselenophene, poly-p-phenylene sulfides polyacetylenes, mixtures thereof, copolymers thereof. The layer also one or more pigments. resistivity composite is 10E12 to 10E14 ohm cm.
