摘要: We report the case of a patient in whom three blood patches had to be performed treat post-dural puncture headache following insertion an epidural catheter for labour analgesia. There are few data about repeated used recurring symptoms after failure previous patch. The technical guidelines perform first patch should followed next procedure as well. role cerebrospinal fluid leaking has verified, avoid performing useless and miss another cause, which needs urgent treatment.
