摘要: Breast cancer is the most common in women worldwide. It a disease of uncontrolled breast cells growth, which acquire genetic alteration, causing them to proliferate more aggressively as compared normal tissue development. In current medical practice, gold standard for screening mammography. However, its usage unsafe it exposes patient ionizing radiation and less comfortable due need compression. Another available option ultrasound. To date, ultrasound an important adjunct modality mammography regardless low sensitivity detecting small cancers from tissues overlapping ultrasonic characteristics these tissues. address this problem, hybrid magnetoacoustic measurement method (HMM) that combines magnetism simultaneous assessment bioelectric acoustic profiles proposed. Previous studies have shown cancerous tissue, changes occur cell multiplication, excessive accumulation protein stroma, enhancement capillary density. Additionally, conductivity also increase cellular water electrolyte content, well membrane permeability increased metabolic requirements. HMM, interaction between wave magnetic field results Lorentz force. This produces voltage output, proportional conductivity. Simultaneously, sensed back by receiver evaluation. At end study, characterization showed experienced higher attenuation with tissue. The mean were lower than group. demonstrates combination measurements appears be promising approach diagnosis.
