摘要: This study looks to obtain a better understanding of the issues surrounding Black Deaf community by examining cultural and sociolinguistic features that differentiate it from larger community. In present study, three deaf black participants were asked series questions about their experiences within as well observations concerning signing. It was hypothesized signers would utilize more traditional signs. On contrary, results suggested signing is becoming similar English. Culturally, identified divide between mainstream communities. While prominence styles characteristic segregated schools for may be waning, racial attitudes prompted this seem ever-present. paper complements previous work on because reveals its evolution broadening applicability, providing further support establishment promotion organizations
