摘要: Abstract Types I and III collagens were solubilized from fetal human skin by limited digestion with pepsin precipitated dialysis against 0.02 M Na 2 HPO 4 . Heat denaturation of the in guanidine-HCl, pH 7.5, resulted precipitation contaminant which could be removed centrifugation. Renaturation denatured deionized water at 22° for hours selectively type collagen fibrils. Type remained solution. The simplicity high recovery (77%) make this a suitable approach rapid estimation small tissue samples.
