摘要: Maleic anhydride was grafted onto a polypropylene-type thermoplastic elastomer PER by reactive processing with screw extruder, and maleated (MPER) prepared. Aiming at ionic crosslinking, magnesium 12-hydroxy stearate (MgStOH), zinc oxide (ZnO), sulfide (ZnS), aiming covalent melamine as an amino compound, Epocizer GRYCI-ALE epoxy compounds, were added to the MPER, melt-mixed use of crosslinked compounds obtained. The rheological properties such capillary flow dynamic viscoelasticities measured their melt processabilities evaluated. degree crosslinking in order > MgStOH ZnO, ZnS MPER (blank). In case compound moderately high non-Newtonian behavior is remarkable die swell ratio low suitable for extrusion. However, excessive fine extrudate cannot be obtained due lack fusion control necessary. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 85: 762–773,
