摘要: The purpose of this paper is to review the existing literature on critical success factors (CSFs) various continuous improvement (CI) like total quality management (TQM), Lean, Six Sigma and Lean (LSS), perform a content analysis (CA) leading an agenda for future research.,CA based 41 papers published in peer-reviewed scholarly journals. A four-stage methodology used by authors, with Stage 1 featuring relevant material collection; 2 presenting descriptive analysis; 3 outlining category selection; 4 evaluation using clustering Pareto analysis.,The CA revealed research implications directions future. number studies regarding CSF assessment found be far from substantial while compared CI implementation. Assessment methodologies developed have been ranging qualitative quantitative models. Key gaps were identified are proposed which requires further validation.,Only articles that appeared journals analyzed; conference papers, reports, manuals white practice excluded. Another limitation would scope limited four constructs – TQM, LSS. Research indicate domain intensive toward analyzing vital CSFs enterprise organizational excellence not merely process excellence.,This study can serve as resource both researchers practitioners understand importance positioning successful implementation programs.,The presents unique, systematic effort identify research. This apparently first its kind assessment.
