摘要: Abstract Unusual electrocardiographic findings in 6 cases of muscular subaortic stenosis, i.e., abnormal Q waves the left precordial leads and limb I, II, III, aVL aVF tall R right lead aVR, have been described. In absence any cause for, or evidence of, myocardial infarction ventricular hypertrophy presence surgically postmortem-proved enlargement septum, these abnormalities attributed to septal hypertrophy. Serial electrocardiograms 3 revealed a regression signs progressive development free wall ventricle, which eventually dominated electrocardiogram, even though at autopsy exceeded This ventricle was believed occurred principally as result obstruction outflow caused by enlarged septum. An electrocardiogram suggesting may be helpful diagnosis stenosis.
