摘要: This research is based on an explorative study of cultural factors and their impact people management strategies Pakistani-owned SMEs in the UK. The topic has been investigated through in-depth literature review, case studies questionnaire-based field survey. review provided theoretical insights to empirical investigation generated a wide range information about practical scenario these companies. triangulation approach helped offsetting weaknesses specific method by strengths other methods.
