摘要: Functional electrical stimulation can be used to provide hand opening in hemiplegics with spastic finger flexor muscles through of the extensor digitorum communis (EDC) muscle and ulnar nerve. Stimulation both nonneurologically impaired individuals does not appear cause significant reciprocal inhibition muscles. Thus EDC nerve may decrease spasticity hemiplegic subjects, yet functional still obtained a direct mechanical effect stimulation.
