摘要: Fluorescein-labeled oligonucleotides as DNA-probes were synthesized and used to monitor hybrid formation, namely detect DNA or oligonucleotide sequence in solution. The introduction of fluorescein was carried out by oxidation a hydrogen phosphonate linkage with ethylenediamine hexamethylenediamine tether subsequent labeling the primary amine moiety FITC. Fluorescence anisotropy, r, adopted an index behavior F-probe An increase anisotropy observed upon chain-length F-probe. When F-Probe formed its complementary solution, r value increased compared that itself. These observations clearly indicate measurements solution will readily lead monitoring presence Consequently, it is promising certain nucleic acid using fluorescent-labeled oligonucleotides.
