摘要: Cyanobacterial blooms in drinking water reservoirs may cause a variety of quality problems, including those taste and odor, can compromise the supply destined for human consumption. In response to this problem an online monitoring tool analyzing cyanobacterial concentration intake is practical value. This study demonstrated positive correlation between phycocyanin fluorescence biomass during Microcystis aeruginosa lowland reservoir, using detection. The highest coefficients were found below 15 mg freshweight/L, indicating that method be effective early warning system. Rapid changes observed when wind drift moved higher concentrations into intake, could employed as quick changed requirements plant operations.
