摘要: Ever since Claude Bernard identified the neuromuscular junction as site of action arrow poison curare (Bernard 1857), neurotoxins have been at focus interest for researchers investigating mechanisms propagation and transmission nerve impulses. Neurotoxins turned out to be very valuable tools in these investigations (Mebs Hucho 1990; Ovchinnikov 1983). They are currently used elucidating proteins muscle membranes with atomic resolution.
