摘要: Resume L’asthme est la maladie chronique plus frequemment rencontree chez femme enceinte. La severite et le controle de l’asthme evoluent souvent au cours grossesse, facon variable selon les patientes. par biais des modifications mecaniques, hormonales metaboliques qu’elle engendre, influe sur l’evolution survenue d’exacerbations. Inversement, maternel, en particulier lorsqu’il severe mal controle, s’accompagnerait d’un risque accru morbidite obstetricale fœtale. Les mecanismes expliquant cette interaction complexe entre asthme impliquant l’inflammation maternelle l’hypoxie fœtale, restent cependant connus. L’implication potentielle therapeutiques reste a definir. Etant donne potentiel pour mere l’enfant, une priorite. Une prise charge optimale permet controler prevenir d’exacerbations, ameliorant ainsi pronostic maternofœtal.
