摘要: Abstract Atom-trapping atomic absorption spectrometry is a technique that allows detection at the ng/L level for several analytes such as As, Se, Sb, Pb, Bi, Cd, In, Tl, Te, Sn and Hg. The principle involves generation of volatile species, usually hydrides, trapping these species on surface an atom trap held optimized temperature and, finally, revolatilizing analyte by rapid heating transporting them in carrier gas to heated quartz tube, commonly used with hydride AAS systems. A transient signal having, most cases, full width half maximum less than 1 s obtained. may be or W-coil; former externally latter resistively. Both collection revolatilization temperatures are optimized. In some W-coil itself electrothermal atomizer tube then not needed. evolution traps starts well-known Watling's slotted (SQT), continues SQT finally reaches present mentioned above. analytical figures merit need standardized. Naturally, enhancement characteristic concentration, C0, where change mass, m0, can related efficiency. Novel terms suggested E, factor; Emax, Et, 1.0 minute sampling Ev, 1.0 mL sample. These will allow easy comparison results from different laboratories well and/or traps.
