摘要: The effects of the second pulse in resistance spot welding (RSW) on mechanical properties dual phase (DP600) steel were investigated. experimental results show that addition can give rise to formation acicular ferrite, retained austenite and chromium carbides, which markedly improve cross-tensile strength (CTS) comparing treated by single technology. Meanwhile, mechanism bearing cubic orientation relationship with respect surrounding martensite lath, was revealed analysis thermal history DP600 under different RSW processes. effect microstructure fracture behavior also discussed.
