Fuzzy mixed integer programming model for medium-term planning in a closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing option

摘要: Nowadays, there has been a growing interest in reverse logistics, recycling, remanufacturing and reusing due to the environmental, economical issues legal obligations. Due this fact, companies should take into account option while preparing medium term planning MTP activities instead of using traditional production models. There are lots studies literature related logistics RL closed-loop supply chain CLSC network design problem which takes place strategic level but few them handles medium-term activities. Thus, fuzzy mixed integer programming model for conceptual product with is developed paper. In proposed model, both forward flows included two alternatives considered: either “production new products directly manufacturing plants” or “bringing returned back 'as condition' facilities”. However, real world chains surrounded uncertainty. storage capacities, retailers' wholesalers' demands, return rates, acceptance ratios, weekly available production/remanufacturing times, transportation upper bounds objective function value considered as model. The mathematical converted crisp equivalent by utilizing several aggregation procedures from literature. applied an illustrative case scenario analysis also carried out evaluating effects some parameters concerned collection-recovery system. Solution achieved ILOG OPL Studio 6.3.
