摘要: A device and a method for automated processing separation of an unmeasured sample whole blood into multiple aliquots plasma. Capillaries are radially oriented on rotor, with the rotor defining chamber, transfer channels, overflow channel, vent cell chambers, chambers. is placed in when rotated, moves outward through channels to chambers where centrifugally separated solid cellular component liquid plasma component. When speed decreased, backfills capillaries resulting uniform which may be used subsequent analytical procedures.
