摘要: Abstract UV-curable tetra-functional epoxy acrylate (EA4) was newly synthesized using 4,4′-methylenebis(N,N-diglycidylaniline). Effects of reaction temperature and epoxy/acrylic acid molar ratios on the conversion were investigated. The to ester group monitored by FTIR spectroscopy relative concentration value reactions calculated from data, in different intervals time. EA4 curing under UV irradiation studied, physicochemical characteristic cured resin determined. DMTA, TGA mechanical properties casted films evaluated. Moreover, studies effect content conventional (EA2) carried out. According DMTA studies, UV-cured blend EA2 containing ≤9% presented film homogeneity, improved thermal properties. Thus, it can be used as a crosslinking agent formulations.
