摘要: Monoclonal antibodies against blood forms of Plasmodium falciparum were used to demonstrate considerable antigenic diversity in this species. Different isolates distinguished by their ability react with certain antibodies, and most the reacted specifically merozoites, schizonts, or both. The distribution different types appeared not be related geographic origin. Serological typing monoclonal extends range methods for identification strains malaria parasite.
