摘要: The Notch pathway represents a highly conserved signaling network with essential roles in regulation of key cellular processes and functions, many which are critical for development. Accumulating evidence indicates that it is also fibrosis thus the pathogenesis chronic fibroproliferative diseases diverse organs tissues. Different effects activation observed depending on tissue context as well both physiologic pathologic states. Close interactions other pathways have been identified. In this review, current knowledge role special focus its potential therapeutic target summarized.
