摘要: AbstractRenal failure was experimentally induced in 36 hamsters by intraperitoneal injection with uranyl nitrate (5 mg/kg). Twenty-four h later [during acute renal (ARF), as indicated the serum concentrations of creatinine and urea nitrogen] or 72 chronic (CRF)] these plus 18, uninjected, control were each given a single, intramuscular dose sodium stibogluconate (120 mg pentavalent antimony/kg). The pharmacokinetic parameters for antimonial drug calculated using non-compartmental model. Urine collected after similar treatment drug, from another 30 (10 controls, 10 ARF, CRF), so that fraction antimony administered subsequently excreted urine could be estimated. Compared both ARF those CRF had significantly higher maximum (C max), larger 'areas under curve' ...
