摘要: Abstract This work focuses on the (2+1)-dimensional nonlinear Schrodinger equation for propagation of ultrashort pulses in metamaterials. With aid ansatz method, a various types exact combined solitary wave solutions describing both bright and dark solitons same expression are presented along with corresponding existence conditions Kerr law parabolic nonlinearities. Such waves can exhibit abundant forms including bright, anti-dark, grey (dark), W-shaped or plane waves. The results here reveal that metamaterials support co-propagation forms.
