摘要: ABSTRACT Objective: There is much reported variation in the impact of local anesthesia on thyroid fine-needle aspiration (FNA) related discomfort. We compare patients undergoing FNA with subcutaneous injection or topical anesthetic to no anesthetic. Methods: conducted a retrospective review 585 sequential ultrasound guided procedures Mayo Clinic.
