摘要: The case of a 36-year-old male prediabetic patient with unusual perforating and ulcerating necrobiosis lipoidica an atypical one-sided extracrural localization lesions is reported. After establishing the diagnosis, treatment cyclosporin A was eventually selected. dose 3 mg/kg per day controlled disease promptly could be tapered to maintenance 1 after 4 weeks.
