摘要: The genus Phaeoacremonium is associated with opportunistic human infections, as well stunted growth and die-back of various woody hosts, especially grapevines. In this study, species were isolated from necrotic tissue Prunus spp. (plum, peach, nectarine apricot) different stone fruit growing areas in South Africa. Morphological cultural characteristics DNA sequence data (5.8S rDNA, ITS1, ITS2, β-tubulin, actin 18S rDNA) used to identify known, describe novel species. From the total number wood samples collected (257), 42 isolates obtained, which 14 identified. scolyti was most frequently isolated, present on all sampled, followed by Togninia minima (anamorph: Pm. aleophilum) australiense. Almost taxa represent new records Prunus. Furthermore, australiense, iranianum, T. fraxinopennsylvanica griseorubrum for Africa, while griseorubrum, hitherto only known humans, newly reported a plant host. Five are described, two produce sexual state. africana, griseo-olivacea pallidum described armeniaca, prunicolum fuscum salicina.
