摘要: Vitamin D status, parathyroid hormone (PTH) level and their associations with blood pressure in Chinese population are unknown. This study examined these older men. Blood pressure, serum 25-hydroxyvitamin (25OHD) PTH was measured 939 community-dwelling men aged 65 years older. Linear regression analyses were performed adjustments for age, body mass index, education, season of measurement, medication use, self-reported history stroke Parkinson’s disease, other lifestyle factors. In either crude or adjusted models, 25OHD not associated whereas increasing levels higher pressure. Men the highest quartile had a mean difference 3.4 mm Hg 2.8 mm Hg as systolic (SBP) diastolic (DBP), respectively, than lowest (Ptrend=0.019 SBP <0.001 DBP). conclusion, findings support an association between but whose vitamin status is optimal. The lack may possibly because relatively high sample.
