摘要: The authors examined the joint associations of adiposity (assessed by body mass index (BMI; weight (kg)/height (m)2) and waist circumference) physical activity with mortality to evaluate whether protects against adverse effects high adiposity. Using data on 185,412 men women aged 51–72 years participating in National Institutes Health-AARP Diet Health Study, assessed all-cause over 10 (1996–2006). Overweight (BMI 25– 7 hours/week moderate activity), risks were 1.62 (95% confidence interval (CI): 1.50, 1.75) for inactive normal-weight persons, 1.79 CI: 1.37, 2.33) active morbidly obese ≥35) 3.45 2.79, 4.00) persons. Similar results found combined relation BMI vigorous activity. Inactive persons a large circumference had 2 times’ greater risk than normal circumference. High attenuated but did not eliminate increased associated obesity. Preventing gain promoting older may lower risk.
