摘要: Bistability of the transverse configuration optical field is found for a helium–neon laser oscillating in TEM01* hybrid optical-resonator mode. Optically induced switching between mirror-symmetric patterns occurs when fraction spatially rotated output reinjected into resonator. These phenomena are described theoretically with equations modeling mutual interaction two first-order modes The experimentally observed bistability and full qualitative agreement theoretical results.
