摘要: The present disclosure concerns methods, compositions and apparatus for detecting pathogens and/or molecular markers. In a particular embodiment, the pathogen to be detected may Mycobacterium bovis or any other species that causes tuberculosis in mammal. However, disclosed methods are not limited virtually type of marker screened detected. Preferred embodiments comprise reflex supplemental testing using same assay at approximately 100% sensitivity highest possible corresponding sensitivity—in one example 70%. Such conditions, used iteratively, result elimination 70% uninfected subjects each round testing. Use 4 more rounds results less than 1% error. Since only positive samples retested, provide rapid, inexpensive highly accurate way detect infected subjects.
