摘要: We report on the fabrication and structural characterization of arrays superconducting nanowires by electroplating lead into nanopores track-etched polymer membranes. The diameters range from 400 down to 70 nm, whereas their length is about 20 mu m. Large enhancement critical field has been observed in good agreement with Ginsburg-Landau-Silin theory. By comparing predicted for thin cylinders experimental results, we have extracted effective penetration depth. dependence depth electron mean free path wire diameter also discussed.
