摘要: AbstractThis article explores the extent to which an integrated approach oceans regulation is embodied within Law of Sea Convention, and how subsequent developments in international law at a regional level have advanced this approach. By examining integration operates normatively, spatially, sectorally, temporally, as well across intellectual disciplines between multiple users, it suggests that considerable progress has been made realising fundamental goal. However, also notes until proper institutional support for provided, we are unlikely make more significant progress.
