摘要: “Mallin” (plural mallines) is a particular kind of wetland occurring in Patagonian steppe and forests. In Northwest Patagonia, mallines are humid meadows with high net primary production. It was previously found that mallin soil the devoid actinorhizal plants had higher Frankia nodulation capacity Ochetophila trinervis (sin. Discaria trinervis) than other soils region. Under hypothesis reservoir infective Frankia, we studied O. 12 their neighbouring soils, by using plant bioassays. A qualitative bioassay showed present most soils. The number nodules per seedlings inoculated negatively correlated water content while opposite true for from steppe. quantitative performed eight representative selected according to produced assay presence or not different at sites. units cm3 (NU) were those Water organic matter mallines, which may account saprotrophic growth symbiosis effective all samples. These results suggest Northwestern reservoirs propagules trinervis.
