摘要: Pathological pain is a hyperexcitability disorder. Since the excitability of neuron set and controlled by complement ion channels it expresses, in order to understand treat pain, we need develop mechanistic insight into key controlling within mammalian pathways how these are regulated modulated various physiological pathophysiological settings. In this review, will discuss emerging data on expression pathways, functional role modulation family voltage-gated K+ called 'M channels' (KCNQ, Kv 7). M increasingly recognized as important players signalling, especially peripheral somatosensory system. We also therapeutic potential analgesic drug targets.
