摘要: Male meiosis in two species of Saldula, S. orthothila and saltatoria was studied. The diploid chromosome numbers were found to be 2n=32+m+XY 2n=32+2m+XO respectively. existence a Y-chromosome recorded for the first time this primitive heteropteran genus. meiotic behaviour sex chromosomes similar that more advanced Heteroptera. Autosomal bivalents during late prophase metaphase I consisted parallelly aligned chromosomes. No traces chiasmata could found. role evolution systems Heteroptera, mechanisms behind regular segregation achiasmatic chromosomes, adaptive significance restriction heterogametic are discussed.
