摘要: Abstract The response of a boiling water reactor (BWR) nuclear containment vessel has been studied against commercial and fighter aircraft crash using nonlinear finite element code ABAQUS. aircrafts employed were Boeing 747-400, 767-400, Airbus A-320, 707-320 Phantom F4. was modeled as three-dimensional deformable reinforced concrete structure while the loading assigned respective reaction–time curve. location strike considered near junction dome cylinder, angle incidence, normal to surface. material behavior incorporated damaged plasticity model that reinforcement, Johnson–Cook elasto-viscoplastic model. could not sustain impact 747-400 767-400 suffered rupture around region leading global failure. On other hand, maximum local deformation at point found be 0.998 m, 0.099 m, 0.092 m, 0.089 m, 0.074 m F4, 767, A-320 respectively. results present study compared with those previous analytical numerical investigations respect overall containment.
