摘要: A novel neutron reflectometer with horizontal geometry will be established at BL16 in Materials and Life Science Experimental Facility (MLF) of Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex (J-PARC) as a successor ARISA-II. ARISA-II corresponding to single beam downward 2.22 deg has achieved off-specular time-resolved reflectivity measurements. The is designed so receive two tilted beams (2.22 & 5.71 deg), which gives us an opportunity investigation on free liquid surface. can provide micro-sized by slit collimation obtain fair small sample area. Also, T0 chopper focusing mirror are newly introduced. suppress the background due fast neutrons. produces further reduction measurement time not only for specular reflection neutrons sample, but also grazing incidence small-angle scattering (GISANS) measurements detector.
