摘要: Techniques for end-to-end beamforming in a wireless communication system using access node clusters that are distinct from user coverage area described. Forward link may involve multiple nodes one or more transmitting signals that, when relayed by transmit/receive paths within an end-to-end-relay, form beams the area. Return includes applying weights to transmitted terminals and relay return beam associated with beams. The overlap be outside area, serve areas selectively concurrently. Multiple feeder-link frequency bands employed same different clusters.
