摘要: Nearly three decades since the onset of AIDS epidemic in United States (US), men who have sex with (MSM) represented a significant disproportionate number cases HIV and AIDS.1 Within this context, MSM refer to gay, bisexually, heterosexually identified engage sexual behavior other men. With advent antiretroviral therapies (e.g., HAART or highly active therapies), AIDS-related morbidity mortality initially decreased during 1990s.2 Yet, recent epidemiological data demonstrated that there has been an accelerated increase rates AIDS, as well sexually transmitted infections (STIs) MSM.1 For instance, 2005, 71% overall among adult adolescent males US; also accounted for highest transmission category, which yielded 67% male-to-male contact when compared 15% heterosexual 13% injection drug use.3.
