摘要: A removable insole for insertion into footwear, includes a forefoot portion extending at least to metatarsals of foot; cupped heel having varus approximately 7 degrees the left foot and 5 right foot, which slopes from medial side lateral insole; arch connecting together portion, extends forwardly first metatarsal supported thereby, rearwardly front section portion; an upper surface along forefoot, portions, downward inclination 2 degrees; flange around periphery midfoot prevent abduction thereby.
