摘要: Immune complexes are specifically bound to the Fc receptors on surface of various types cells capable presenting antigens. It was therefore determined if human serum albumin (HSA), in an immune complex, is presented more efficiently HSA-specific T than HSA alone. Primed, polyclonal murine were stimulated vitro with either alone or at equivalence syngeneic, anti-HSA antibodies IgG class. The stoichiometric composition insoluble complex AgAb2.91. present study shows that 10(2)-10(3)-fold lower doses sufficient for same T-cell response vitro, administered cultures form rather soluble form. enhancement proliferation presence blocked monoclonal antibody (mAb) against receptor. Our results indicate binding antigen could play important role enhancing antigen-specific cellular response.
