摘要: The growth kinetics of Flavobacterium sp. strain S12 specialized in the utilization glycerol, and a number oligo- polysaccharides were determined batch-culture experiments at 15 degrees C pasteurized tap water supplied with very low amounts substrates. Kss for on maltotriose, maltotetraose, maltopentaose, maltohexaose 0.03 microM or less below those glucose (1.5 microM) maltose (0.16 microM). starch, amylose, amylopectin 8.4, 25.6, 11.0 micrograms per liter, respectively. A yield 2.3 X 10(7) CFU/micrograms was calculated from linear relationships observed between maximum colony counts concentrations (usually 25 liter) compounds. grown various types raw revealed that contained only few maltose- starch-like compounds liter; all 1 microgram usually 0.1 liter. application starch-based coagulant aids gave increased during treatment, but these greatly reduced by coagulation sedimentation, rapid sand filtration, slow filtration.
