摘要: The relationship between individual control of hours work and tolerance shiftwork was examined in a group nurses midwives. Two levels were studied: (i) choosing to on regular shift system, e.g. permanent night shift; (ii) working flexible, rotating system where choice shift-sequencing is taken into account. Greater found be associated with more over work. advantages flexible as opposed irregular shift-rostering, highlighted clearly. results offer some contribution the versus rapidly-rotating debate.
